For example, for diet, 4Fitting2 Fitness app is a powerful tool that allows the user to manually add foods and provide them to the desired meal of the day. So for example, the user can add "hamburger and fries" and specify its calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats for the user’s quickest way to track the diet
