It is in an enclosed jell protected jell pack, Aug 2013 purchase.
Its alarm went off this morning, did the usual turn off and press power button to turn off display.
Later, looking at a web site on it, the bottom white button would not work.
With power button, did a reset. The Logo (samsung GALAXY Note II) came on, it stays on. Holding the power button will not turn it off.
Removed battery. Re-seated the SIM and TMobile chip, put them back in, then put battery back in.
Power button shows the logo, but it won't do anything from there. Power button won't turn it off. Logo just stays on.
