I've had my phone for a few months and I'm already having major issues with it :( . I can't make calls or receive. It does dials and whomever I'm calling receives my call. I don't know what to do. Please help.

And what Kind and model of phone do you have?
Have you tried a factory reset?

I have a Galaxy S4. I just can't make or receive calls. All else works fine. Happened after a system update. I haven't tried a reset because I don't want to loose my stuff.

Can you write sms or somthing?
I dont have a S4 so i cant help you
