Just a quick post regarding a recent issue with my Nexus 5. I've noticed recently that my usb connection to my pc or laptop has been intermittent. I tried several cables with similar results and came to the conclusion it was a phone issue. I contacted Google via Google play along if this was a known issue and what could be done to fix it, also mentioning a few (cosmetic and very minor) annoyances I had with the phone. After one quick exchange of ideas I've now been offered a replacement which, though I'm extremely happy with, wasn't the expected outcome. I even mentioned that, by being British, I'd keep the stiff upper lip and persevere. So kudos to Google.
