Ya I have heard about that, this makes whole process of payment effective. Now only one google play store account is eligible with one credit card for transaction. This also removes duplicacy and motivate for genuine working.

I guess the next question is, what's best out of Google Wallet, credit cards, PayPal and so on? I had a PayPal account but forgot about it once I got to Germany (until now!) and I've never set up Google Wallet. Maybe I'm still living in the dark ages!
