Hi,
My company has developed an app for our client and it is hosted on their webserver for download. Everything has been going fine [and still is] except that a couple of my client's staff cannot download the APK file to their handsets. They all have Samsung Galaxy S3 Minis provided by work and all have the same issue.
I have tested everything again on multiple handsets and everything seems to be fine, yet they get the message that the 'Download was not successful'.
They have 'Settings > Security > Unknown Sources' checked so installing shouldn't be an issue - the problem is at the download stage though?
Has anyone else had this problem either with this device or another?
My thought are that seeing this is a company device there may be a setting to disable downloads of such files, but I am not aware of this myself. Any help would be appreciated.
