When you say it is everywhere do you mean it overlays all your screens and apps? Firstly, what happens when you press it? That should determine which app/service is producing it, and what settings may need to be changed.

ya... its every where.... wen playing temple run... vedios... wen i open it... i get restart option.. screenshot option...like that..

this might be a software bug.
Go to recovery and clear cache then data/factory reset
you can backup your download apps and games with helium app ,.
