As i think , speed up is difficult , while recovery is more easy , because the deleted data can be easy recovered on phone if you use some recovery tools ,

There are five reason & solution, hope it's useful.

The first reason is that because the memory of the mobile phone is not enough, at this time, you need to clean up the mobile phone space and you can restore it.

The second reason is also more common, that is, there may be incompatible software between two of our mobile phones. At this time, you need to uninstall one of the software. It can make the phone a bit faster.

The third reason is that because the mobile phone may not be careful about the Trojan virus, this time, you need to download an anti-virus software to make your phone back to normal.

The fourth reason may not be common in daily life. It is because the system is upgraded and your phone is still using an old version. At this time, you only need to upgrade the system.

The fifth reason is because your running memory may be too small. When you open the running software more than 90% of the running memory, the mobile phone will card itself. At this time, you just need to close some software now.

Android smartphones are blazing fast these days with processors, RAM and storage type working in conjunction to make everything snappy. But often with time, many of them slowdown as more ‘junk’ keeps getting stored in the form of cached data, unused files and folders. As a solution, most of us download an Android anti-virus app that does the job in a single tap. But what if we tell you that there are multiple ways how you can speed up your Android smartphone.
Cleaning up the home screen will help bring down the stutters. Keeping a live wallpaper with widgets for weather
, news and other such constantly updating apps, may result in lags often as all of them get refreshed as soon as you unlock your smartphone. Same is the case with keeping multiple windows on the home screen.
Enabling the ‘Data Saver’ option in the Chrome browser will also help you surf without waiting much as it compresses the page, using less data and loading pages faster. Here you could be sacrificing on the image and video quality a bit. Also, data speed matters here.

I liked your post. But before installing all these apps one must learn to use smartphone wisely. Remove unwanted files, optimizing folders, Compressing music/videos can help you. Avoid playing HD games for a long term of life.

It's simple but the process is a little bit lengthy. You just need to delete cached data, unuseful apps, spammy apps which are showing alot of ads and clear data from the storage which is no longer useful to you. Hope it helps.

All I know is that the reason your phone is slowing down is because there's so much junk data on your phone,so it's important to clean up regularly.
With Safewiper, anything on the iPhone can be found and deleted.

Step 1: Open the phone settings, find the "About phone" option, and click to enter.

Step 2: Find "MIUI Version" in "About Phone", click multiple times to enter developer mode.

Step 3: Find "More Settings" in your phone settings and click to enter.

Step 4: Find "Developer Options" in "More Settings" and click to enter.

Step 5: In "Developer Options", change "Window Animation Zoom", "Transition Animation Zoom", "Animation Program Duration Zoom" to "0.5", and then "Force GPU Rendering" and "Force Enable 4xMSAA". Change the memory optimization level to "advanced". If the phone is more card-bound, you can change the background process limit to "no more than 3 processes". Optimization is complete.
