Where to find smartphone bargains

I need some help guys. I need to upgrade my phone (Galaxy S2) and I want to know where is the best place to find no contract, device only android phones.

Second-hand is fine, so I know eBay is an option. And also Amazon Warehouse deals seems to be a pretty good too.

Are there any websites that have like weekend deals? Or report special offers from time to time?

Also, I'm in Berlin so I'm only looking for places that ship to Germany, and I'm personally looking to spend less than $200. But feel free to suggest anything at all in case other users can benefit from this
