Sooooo what do you think of the Amazon Fire Phone?

Amazon announced their first ever smartphone a few nights ago, the Fire Phone woot woot.

I've given you guys a chance to let it all sink in, but now I want to know, what do you think of it? Will it be a success? Is anyone thinking of getting it?

My initial thoughts are that it really all depends on this 3D stuff. I'm really not interested in this scanning of items, showrooming nonsense, how many people actually are? Nobody buys a phone to help them buy other things cheaper, do they? That seems sad. And the 3D stuff doesn't interest me at all, but if it's useful and intuitive, it will help it sell. It's definitely a unique selling point.

I'd like to write an actual article about this at sometime so if you can give me some of your ideas that would be goooood
