Samsung Galaxy S3 — HELP!

I have a samsung s3. Last week I did the upgrade and I have had nothing but problems ever since! I used to toggle between 3g and 4g, now I get nothing. I am ok with my wi-fi at home but for the most part, I keep getting "unable to establish a wireless data connection, MIP:104. Can anyone help me? I am by no means tech savvy, but I follow directions pretty well. I don't use my phone for anything more than the basics (making/receiving calls, texting, weight watchers, runkeeper, and a few other apps). Please help me!
Boost Mobile is my carrier.

I don't have a Galaxy S3, but here is a suggestion that may help you. I'm not able to post a link yet, so I'm quoting with credit to the poster.

On your iPhone:

Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Tap the phone app
Dial # # 873283 #
Tap Call
Starting Service Update message will appear - tap OK
If update is successful Service Update Complete message will appear after about a minute - tap OK"

The only other suggestions I've found are to do a factory reset, so I'd try these first.
