i saw the specifications of blackberry z10 and i loved it and i want to buy that mobile can u verify me and say is that the best phone or not if not say the best phone below 20000

Well, why you are going with the blackberry z10 ? I think you can get good Android powered device i.e. If I talk about Moto X -16GB you can get it for $314.88 over the Amazon, powered with 4.4 KitKat,10-MP Camera, 1.7 GHz Processor and yes what you can't leave is you are getting the power of Android with it. :O
