The phone was released in February with an updated Android 4.3 version . its quite a polished interface but when will 4.4.2 Kitkat be released for it?

The 4.4.2 update for the Note 3 Neo is expected this month, but depending on your region/carrier, it might take a little while longer.
It is on its way soon though, I would think you'll have it within the next two weeks

Ahhh you'll be fine. I know Orange were never the quickest to send out these updates, but install Samsung Kies on your computer/ laptop and keep checking it. The update should pop up soon.

only Note 3 Neo Korea (SK Telecom) has 4.4.2 update.

What I am looking for in the update to 4.4 is Art runtime and the Bold option and text formatting options in the email app

i had a call from Samsung UK who affirmed that the Note 3 Neo will not be updated to Kitkat. there is no prediction when they will decide to update.

Here in UK the N7505 has received 4.4.2

I have now gone from the G3 to the Galaxy Note 4. so much faster.
