Motorola Moto G — restricted access changed :(

Hello

I am from Nepal

I've got a problem on my moto g 16 gb. I keep getting a notice that says "Restricted Access Changed Emergency service is blocked" and when i pull down the notification drawer it disappears right after..
it shows up every 5-10 mins, really annoying.

please help me.

Hi Binod, this is a message that shows up any time you disconnect from the network. It can happen when you have a weak signal, for example. It can also be caused by a poorly fitting or incorrectly inserted sim card, especially where a normal sum has been cut to a micro-sim.

I have same device with same problem... I don't have problem with those notification repetitively but because of this I'm not able to download any apps from play store. (I have good internet speed YouTube, torrents runs smoothly) . I'm desperate to download apps from play store... Tired of this problem can't download, update any apps anymore :(

there is one solution which I have faced go to.. setting > app > then go to ALL and do reset app performances enjoy its really helpful then try play store enjoy... ☺☺

I have the same problem that "restricted access changed" notification. I've tried lot of ways to get rid of it..I also changed my SIM into a micro SIM,then after i am having the same problem.Help me out
