Samsung Galaxy S4 — URGENT HELP NEED hotspot not supported error appearing on phone no hotspot and tethering option under settings!!

Hi,

I need urgent help with my samsung galaxy I have just purchased.
I am able to use my internet data on the device itself however when i want to tether and use my devise as a personal hotspot there is not even a option to do so!!!
I have never seen this and wanting some help as to how it can be fixed!!
I have spoken to my network supplier and it has nothing to do with them!

Please help ASAP

Well, Samsung galaxy then you must be having the option to tether your internet connection, try heading over to the settings>Under Wireless and Network> Tap More Settings>Tethering and Portable HotSpot. Try configuring and turning the portable hotspot on and see if it does the trick ! :)

Hi I have a samsung galaxy S4 and i have the same problem as mentioned by James, above. There is no option in settings of wireless and networks. Yes there is MOre option in Settings, but in More, there is no option of Tethering and Portable Hotspot as mentioned by Lalit, above.

So can anybody pls help??

Even basic phones have tethering option. this is supposed to be a decent capacity smart phone?!
