I had an sd card in my phone Samsung galaxy S5. it is encrypted. my kids were trying to guess my new password and guessed wrong to many times so my phone reset to factory default. I called Verizon cuz the phone would not recognize my sd card so they sent me a new phone. I put sd card in my new phone and also my computer. it recognizes the card but I can not view any photos or listen to any music on my phone and my computer. I can see the files and how large they are but can not listen or view. Any suggestions??
