Facebook app won't upload photos

This happens all the time (because the Facebook app hates us all).

There's a couple of things that could be happening:

• Are you trying to upload too large a file? 15 MB is about the limit I think.

• Facebook only likes the following file types: JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF or TIFF.

• Have you tried uploading the photo from the mobile Facebook site?

• Have you edited the photo? Sometimes Facebook doesn't like edited photos (usually because they've been saved as a different file type).

• Do you have the latest version of the Facebook app? I have no idea why this would matter but I'm sure it's what Facebook would tell you if you asked them.

• If all else fails you can try clearing your app cache or clearing app data and reinstalling the app if none of the above helps.
