Music player installation fail

Hi Admins. :-)
Recently I tried to install music player app from another samsung phone of same android version as mine(4.1.2). But every time I try to install it, an installation failed message appears. Where is the problem? Please guide me.

Even though they're both Samsung phones running the same version of Android, this is a system app and therefore needs to be installed to the system. To do this, you'll need root access, then copy the file to system/app, chmod it 755 and reboot.
