can't change my screen lock

like photo on top , i can't setup a different screen lock . Please Help me to fix it !(nerd)

Well, it looks like these options have been disabled by some app to protect your privacy. Do you remember installing antivirus app or somethig similar ... :? Anyway what you can do is head over to Settings>Security>Device Administrators make sure only "Android device Manager" is ticked. If you found any other antivirus or third party app ticked (which I think the problem is), untick it out. Once done try changing the lock screen. :)
