If your phone supports it already there are a few apps that will do it, but some Samsung models have the ability disabled. I used to use Link2SD with my Xperia Arc (the last phone I had with an SD card) and it was pretty effective.

You can move it to the SD card through the app options settings... if the app allow you to do this of course.

If you don't have the option to move certain apps from the application manager then it may not be possible.

Try downloading a app Link2SD or other alternatives, if it doesn't work then unfortunately you will have to delete unused apps, photos, files etc.

I'm sure you will find a few apps unused in the last 6 month's!

Sry man, if there is no option in the app settings, the phone doesn't allow it... try the Kevin way with the Link2SD... otherwise there is no way that i can think off.

In Stock Android it is one of the basic problems that Users face when it comes to transferring Apps to SD Card. If you are reluctant to face such hassle then switch to Cyanogen based custom ROM as it has the feature to transfer the apps into the SD Card automatically.
