Samsung Galaxy S4 — Terms and Conditions not able to decline

I can't decline accepting Samsung's account terms and conditions without constantly being requested to accept them almost every time i use my phone.

I started reading these T & C's but they were longer than War And Peace.

This made me ask myself why do I have to agree to such a longwinded document in order to use my expensive (when I bought it) phone?

How do I stop this pop up?

If I decline something that is my perogative surely.

Any opinions?

Two options;

Go to settings / applications manager/ find samsung account/ uninstall updates, or
Go to settings/ app manager/samsung acct./ select turn off notifications.

It depends on the Firmware, one or both may be there. Both have the same effect.
