Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — My Note 2 does not connect to any WiFi?

Hi,
Can somebody help me fix my Galaxy Note II because I tried everything even factory reset a few times but it does not connect to the wifi. It receive the wifi strong signal and everything but it does not communicate with the network server.
Now, it does connect if I use my H2O data service. So with data there is no problem whatsoever.
So apparently some file or files are just not working, not present or corrupt.
What can I do to solve this problem, please???

Go into SETTINGS ~ WIFI then "forget" the WIFI you're on and let the phone find it again and sign back in. Hope it works out for ya.:)
