Well @Sarfaraz Habib as the officials haven't spoke about it, so we also can't help you out on this ! Keep your fingers crossed as it may get the update or chances are also there that it will not get the update. (thinking) I would say chances are 50-50 !

not yet received the lollipop upgrade, so I wanna install custom ROM for Xperia E3 Dual (D2212) but didn't find it for my device. will anyone help me.... please

Official lollipop update is not yet available. So i made a search for custom rom and couldn't find anything
