I think is because that image is not for your phone, usually your phone is locked on a carrier or something and you use image from an unlocked firmware. Try to flash something diferent. If fails, restore with Kies and try again.

Try different version of ODin
Always Flash the latest firmware
Try different USB port, do no not use an hub

Finally, download the correct firmware like @Bican Marian Valeriu said
