Without root you can't transfer game/app data, though you could try the helium app which can transfer some data between devices. If you're rooted then an app like titanium backup can store your data on the device or in the cloud (drive or Dropbox) which can be transferred to and restored on any other android.

Thanks, I've tried helium, but without root it could not extract game progress. I've tried to one click root Nexus5 by helium, but it is also could not rooted it :(
Do we have some easy tool to root nexus 5 ?

Also the source Nexus 5 is 5.0.1 but the receiver Nexus 5 is 4.4.4... I suppose it is the issue too, because maybe game is updated for 5.0.1 too, right?
Unfortunately receiver n5 is still has not received the update to 5.0.1 :(
