How can I save android battery life?

I have Samsung Galaxy S3, any working tips to save more battery life, apps, options......?

Well, @Sofiande in order to save battery (lightbulb) what you can do is make sure that you keep the screen brightness to minimum or if available set it to auto, always choose dark wallpaper as it also helps in saving battery, there are also some battery saver apps that claims helping you saving battery by closing down the apps periodically ! (thinking)
