Samsung Galaxy S3 — Galaxy S3 gallery freezing or giving me a black screen. PLEASE HELP!!!

So, I just got a Galaxy S3 a month ago and everything was working fine. Suddenly,when I would go through my gallery it would slow down and there was a delay. Then after a week or so, I would go into my gallery and it would either freeze or show a black screen. Even when I try to send pictures over text, it gives me the black screen in the gallery. When I look this problem up, it looks like a common problem for the S3's. I've tried everything that is suggested such as clearing cache and data for both the camera and gallery, turn the Paper Artist app off and on, and I even did a factory reset. None of these have helped. Any other ideas or solutions?? I'm just getting really frustrated with this! Thanks!
