Samsung Galaxy S3 — Data Transfer Speeds

Hey folks,
Does anyone know what the average write speed is when transfer files to USB (using S3 - small data cable)
When I'm transferring files it fluctuates between .kbs/10mbs how can I get faster speeds or is it not possible?

Faster speeds are not possible through its micro usb cable. Only thing you can do is get a class 10 sd card and transfer files to it using an adapter. You will easily get speeds more than 15mbps
