Can I share the "briefing" feature that exists on the Galaxy 4 with the Galaxy 5?

Is it possible to .share a feature between Galaxy phones? I had a Galaxy 4 which had an alarm clock with briefing (it would wake you up with current events, weather, traffic reports). It does not exist on the 5. I tried apps from the Playstore but they don't do the same thing. It was listed under the alarm clock and under "alarm type" it would read "briefing" ... could this be something re-created? (I googled, downloaded apps, contacted Verizon to no avail).
