Hi, anybody knows how to take screen shots on S3 mini. Power + Home buttons don't work.

Well, @Irek In S3 mini, you need to press and hold the home button and power button exactly at the same time in order to take screenshot, try doing that again, Press and the Hold the Home+Power button button until you hear a click sound. :)

In addition to the method suggested by Lalit, You can also try the following:
Enable hand motion. Via the MENU button, select SETTINGS and select MOTION. Check the ‘Palm swipe to capture’ box under Hand Motion settings. With this, you can capture screenshots even faster by moving the palm of your hand on the screen from either left to right or right to left.

Guys as you can see when I press on the Power button + Home button it works perfectly fine!
