Samsung Galaxy S3 — Unfortunately Samsung Setupwizard has stopped

I tried to factory reset my phone and now its telling me 'Unfortunately Samsung Setupwizard has stopped'
I have tried the hard reset, clear cache but it doesnt work. Does this meand my phone wont ever work again? Please help! :(

Get your newest firmware from sammobile.com and flash it with odin.

I think, it's described on sammobile. But you'll find many tutorials by googling, too. (I've no english version).
