Samsung Galaxy S4 — New to group, how to install a rom?

Hi I am new to the group and wanted to ask is there a step by step website to show me how to install a different rom safely? I just rooted my Samsung Galaxy s4 kitkat 4.4. 2 sph-l720 and have xposed installed, with framework, and rom toolbox pro.

I see this post was viewed 121 times but no one knows how to install a new rom? I can find all kinds of tutorials on Google for other phones but not my model ugh
