Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — Is it available on Verizon note 3 in California now?

Anyone is also suffering from lags? I have been noticing some lags in my 8 months old Note 3. I tried to cure the lag and even change a new replacement battery out off mpj but won’t help. Should I update to Lollipop 5.0? Is it available on Verizon Note 3 in California now?

Note 4 is also available in the market.
