Now my relatives have confused me with buying Xiaomi Mi4 in place of Note 3 N9005 please tell me the plus on the note 3.

I will recommend you to go with Note 3, this is better than Mi4 because of it more reliable, comes with Gorilla Glass, memory card slot, better battery and camera. Mi 4 have only advantage is available in cheap price.
