Google Nexus 4 — updated to 5.0.1 =problems

I updated my phone system to 5.0.1 and the e-mail doesn't zinc; lost my calendar apps; lost all the names of the contacts!!!!

since my update several apps do not run or run poorly. Additionally Mt Note 4 crashes frequently.

My note 4 has crashed 3 times since the update while I was on a phone call.

I also updated on my Nexus 5 android 5.1, buth a didn't haven't eny of that troubles...
It is the best to contact Neksus Help Forum...
