This method can help recover photos from sd card .But I want to know if can help recover photos on android phone directly ,not sd card 。

First, make sure your google drive have no photos and you didn't sync contacts to google contacts if you cannot find your lost data there than you should use data recovery software. I am using easeus data recovery software for data recovery purpose.
