How to implement voice recognition tagalog?

Hi. I'm not really sure if my question is inline with this forum, But anyways, I'm judy from the philippines. Just would like to ask a question regarding android app programming. Is it possible to implement VOICE RECOGNITION Using the Language TAGALOG? ("TAGALOG" is the language used by most of the Filipino people in the PHILIPPINES) I really need some answers, It's for my thesis. I'm supposedly a graduate student last march. But i didn't able to graduate in time just because of this, Me and My teammate are really having a hard to time doing it. We've done some research and testing but we still can't do it.
