Can't download off Google Playstore since getting new phone.

I have tried everything. Clearing Cache, rebooting. Everything I could do , I have done. The site still says, Error retrieving information from server. And then an error code.
I am trying to get my voice search app back. Don't know what else I can do. My other phone worked fine. It was exactly like the one I just changed to.
Anything help would be appreciated.

was your G info backed up on your old acct? if so G Play just automatically begins downloading/ transferring my apps to the new phone.
Check widget section for voice search- may be able to yank it to app drawer / or main screen.

did you try to uninstall updates ? perhaps uninstall playstore/google play services app.
