I had lots of issues with my phone after update to lollipop , i took it to drop in store and they reinstalled lollipop,and i still had issues ,then i read on a forum to take out battery hold power button and volume button for 3 minutes NOW MY PHONE IS FIXED .worked for me give it a try if you have the same issues.Frozen/no ringtone/no sound.
