Google play store is broken!

So I decided to get Google play store modded with lucky patcher but it gave an error and it never worked again!
I have tried all sorts of stuff including clearing cache and data, reinstalling playstore , doing 2 factory resets which made it worse, logged in in another Google account which worked again until I tried to install some stuff.

I know freedom doesn't let play store work if you don't switch it off (I don't use freedom, my friend did and messed his phone up with it) so I tried to switch off lucky patcher but nothing worked.
I then removed all .odex files using lucky patcher but still it doesn't work.

Please help me a.s.a.p!!!!

Here is some more info about my tablet:
Make and model: Mecer 101P51C
Android version: 4.2.2
And it s rooted.

BTW I didn't know which sub-forum to put it under so please correct me if iam wrong
