Greetings;
I own an Aluratek Cinepad 9.7 (AT197F) running Android 4.04. It is 2 years old and I have successfully Rooted it. But in the process of cleaning unwanted apps I may have deleted something in error.
Recently I have become interested in "Voice to Text" capability. So I went to Google and have downloaded a variety of apps which appear with that search.
Everyone either fails to install or offers an error message similar to these:
Could not find voice engine
You have no TTS
Missing Core Voice App
Please install Google Voice Search (a search for this App turns up nothing)
This tablet has a microphone and Elixer shows that it is operating. There is one original app called voice recorder but it does not work either. SO: did I accidently delete the core "Voice Engine"? AND: if so where can I find a replacement?
THANKS!
