Samsung Galaxy S3 — Audibility issue

I am using Samsung SII GT-I9300 model.
Loaded with Android version 4.3
Baseband version - I9300XXUGNA8

around 3 months back I got below issue.

  1. When calling through SIM using normal dialing can't hear by me as well as the other end recipient
  2. However when calling using internet (Viber/ Skype/ IMO) can hear from both me and other end without any issue.

Solutions I used so far:

  1. Checked Speaker options found no issue
  2. Did factory resetting

Way-forward:

Please advise, what I should do next.
