Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 — RAM issue

Trouble with 5.0.2 update. RAM runs high and even with unused apps shut down still having a problem with cutting it back. The Apps I would to use cannot operate correctly and it's becoming a problem. Any suggestions?

just uninstall or delete it, if this comes with manufacturer then try to root your mobile.
