Choosing a phone base on criteria??

I wanted to know if there is a website where one could put in certain characteristics/features of a phone that is desired and a list on phones would appear based on that criteria and what cell company provides that product???

I have rather small hands and the phone seem to get bigger and bigger. I'll admit I'm lazy and my thumb has a hard time reaching the far side of the phone.
