1 Photos sent by WhatsApp on my Nexus 4, not clear. When try to enlarge the photo it says "Sorry, this media file doe s not exist on your SD card". My phone actually does not have an SD card.
2 Most videos play. But sometimes it says 'cannot play video'.
There was no problem till last week. What could have gone wrong.
