I know I'm missing a setting somewhere but can't figure out how to keep screen from turning off when I'm watching a video.

I can set the screen settings to stay on for up to 10 minutes, but no longer.

Isn't there a way to fix this so that I can watch a movie without having to touch the screen every 10 mins to prevent it from turning off?
