hello there, am a student of information technology in makerere university uganda. i recently came up with a non profit idea of building a simple android app that can alert blood donors about a blood donation drive in their area. the app should work in such a way that users register on first use, and there after the uganda blood transfusion service specifically alerts them when there is a blood donation drive in their locality.
