Unable to download from Playstore

I have tried many times to download apps from the Playstore.
Every way and anyway I only get an error code (-101)
Can anyone help me?

Don't worry, you have to delete google play cache and data. Then erase google account from the phone and reboot.

Login in Google play with your Google account and try to install the app again.

I also experienced this once on my Galaxy S3. You need to clear Google Play store cache and also clear the cache of the download manager application. Then remove the Google account and add it again. This should solve your problem.
