Samsung Galaxy S5 — No Menu in apps

I am running 'easy release', an app on my Samsung S6. I need to edit my email address but cannot figure out how to make the menu show up. I tried the long press on the area to the left of the home button but I only get an info button (why it is important to have a model release) a delete button and a report bug button. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for trying to help. Easy release is an app that let's you use your phone or tablet to get a subject to sign a model or property release. It is very convenient especially if you don't photograph in a studio setting. You don't have to carry a clipboard and copies of releases along with all your photo gear. I included an 8mage below for a fake release. Apparently you have to be on the home page before you do the long press to the left of the home button in order to get to settings.
