Samsung Galaxy Note 4 — Looks like two screens running, one in background can't get to

It looks like I have another screen running when I pull menu bar down. I have done the close all apps, reboot and battery removal. Battery dies faster than fast. I don't know how to put a screen shot on this forum.

Please post a screenshot by swapping hand over the screen or with the help of spen. Press the spen button and put it on screen for 2 secs.
